About The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Engineer Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Business Analyst to analyze functional requirements and develop technical designs that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing a robust Salesforce architecture tailored to Häcker Küchen’s needs, providing guidance on integration best practices and ensuring the seamless implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will oversee the technical development and deployment processes, conduct feasibility studies, and optimize system performance to enhance our operational efficiency. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. You should have proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices specific to Salesforce environments. Strong knowledge of data modeling and security protocols is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both German (C1) and English (B2). You should demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for diverse audiences. A background in developing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, along with experience in performance optimization and system deployment, is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with agile methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart.
