Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading MoonPay’s growth through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. This position oversees the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, strategic assessment, valuation, and negotiation of transactions that align with the company’s long-term vision. The SVP will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, finance, legal, and operations teams to evaluate market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and integrate acquired businesses or technologies. Day-to-day activities include building a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, conducting financial and strategic analyses, leading due diligence efforts, preparing board-level materials, and representing MoonPay in external discussions with target companies, advisors, and investors. Qualifications Strong background in Corporate Development, including leading complex strategic initiatives and growth projects.Hands-on experience with Acquisitions, from opportunity identification through deal structuring, negotiation, and integration.Advanced Financial Modeling and Finance skills, including valuation, scenario analysis, and assessment of transaction impact.Proven expertise in Due Diligence, coordinating cross-functional reviews of financial, legal, operational, and technical considerations.Extensive experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital assets, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulation.Demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders and boards.Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Track record of operating effectively in a high-growth, remote-first environment, managing multiple concurrent initiatives.Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
