Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading MoonPay’s growth through strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
This position oversees the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, strategic assessment, valuation, and negotiation of transactions that align with the company’s long-term vision.
The SVP will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, finance, legal, and operations teams to evaluate market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and integrate acquired businesses or technologies.
Day-to-day activities include building a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, conducting financial and strategic analyses, leading due diligence efforts, preparing board-level materials, and representing MoonPay in external discussions with target companies, advisors, and investors.
