Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Compliance Officer zorg jij ervoor dat ons brede en internationale assortiment voldoet aan alle geldende wet en regelgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Quality Control, Inkoop en Productmanagement en schakelt met internationale teams. Zo draag je direct bij aan een betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig aanbod.Je werkt met ons Product Compliance Management Systeem en zorgt dat alle documentatie klopt en compleet is. Denk aan certificaten, testrapporten en technische dossiers. Zie je dat er iets ontbreekt? Dan pak jij dit proactief op met leveranciers en collega’s.Ondertussen ontwikkel je jezelf tot specialist binnen product compliance. Je vertaalt veranderingen in wetgeving naar concrete acties en denkt mee over hoe we onze processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen inrichten. Zo blijven we niet alleen compliant, maar lopen we ook voorop. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden: • Beheren en controleren van compliance documentatie zoals certificaten en testrapporten • Monitoren van wet en regelgeving per product en per land via het PCMS • Signaleren en opvolgen van ontbrekende informatie bij leveranciers en interne teams • Samenwerken met internationale collega’s om assortimenten compliant te houden • Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en compliance strategie
