Hardware Systems Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Hardware Systems Engineer to join our Mission Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced processing hardware and subsystems,deriving requirements, supporting product integration, and ensuring technical integrity and quality of deliverables,utilizing Digital Transformation practices such as model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development to drive innovation. Key duties include contributing to hardware, software, and firmware development activities,supporting organizational process compliance,meeting cost and schedule commitments, and enhancing development processes through digital tools. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or related field) with 2+ years of experience,hands-on hardware design and systems engineering expertise,ability to collaborate across disciplines, and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
