Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Engineer (React) at PPLIED.
In this position, you will build and maintain user-facing features for PPLIED’s web platform using React, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience for recruiters and job seekers.
Your day-to-day work will include implementing responsive UI components, integrating frontend code with backend services, optimizing performance, and maintaining high code quality through testing and reviews.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineering to refine requirements, plan releases, and ship features iteratively.
You will also contribute to improving development practices and frontend architecture as the platform evolves.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Candidates should possess Web Development skills, such as working with RESTful APIs, browser-based debugging, and build tools.Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design skills, including building accessible, mobile-first interfaces and cross-browser compatibility.Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including clean coding practices, testing, version control (Git), and collaborative workflows.Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate frontend with server-side services.Relevant experience with modern frontend frameworks, UI libraries, and design systems is beneficial.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear communication skills are expected.Experience working in remote, distributed teams and prior exposure to hiring or HR tech products is a plus.
