About The Role As a DevOps Engineer at CapTech Consulting, you will play a pivotal role within our engineering team, driving the deployment, verification, and monitoring of applications and services. Your expertise will help shape our development and operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, and automation workflows that facilitate efficient software delivery. Additionally, you will ensure that our monitoring and alerting systems are comprehensive and effective across physical servers, private clouds, and public cloud environments. Your work will directly impact the stability, scalability, and security of our clients’ applications, making a tangible difference in their digital transformation journeys. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and implement scalable solutions. Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure deployment pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and delivery.Collaborate with development teams to understand application dependencies and infrastructure requirements.Automate environment provisioning and configuration management to streamline deployment processes.Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure high availability and quick incident response.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues proactively.Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the DevOps ecosystem.Support the migration of applications to cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
