TSV is partnering with a high growth Healthcare Technology company in the Prior Authorization space to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to specialize in design, troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management within our healthcare technology solutions. This role requires expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure SQL, Azure Cloud, and stored procedures, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Healthcare Tech or PBM domains. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, writing efficient queries to resolve database-layer problems, managing cache strategies, and improving application performance. The ideal candidate will be able to set the technical standards for the company, is seasoned with Product, and who can and is willing to take over features. Responsibilities: Identify, investigate, and resolve software issues across front-end (Kendo UI, JavaScript) and database-layer (stored procedures, query optimization) components.Conduct root cause analysis, writing advanced SQL queries to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, performance bottlenecks, and application slowdowns.Optimize database stored procedures and cache mechanisms to enhance execution speed and system efficiency.Monitor, debug, and maintain applications running in Azure Cloud, ensuring reliability and scalability.Develop query performance tuning strategies, including indexing and partitioning optimization.Implement and manage cache-clearing strategies to prevent stale data and optimize system responsiveness.Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and QA teams to maintain a stable and responsive system.Conduct thorough code reviews, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues.Work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving business needs and infrastructure changes. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management.Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, and stored procedures.Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer.Ability to develop systems and patterns to measure both their own work and the work of the team.Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain.Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth startup setting.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
