Role Description:
As a Founding Engineer (Agents) at Produck, you will work closely with customers and the core engineering team to design, implement, and support product integrations and features.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining back-end services, writing clean and reliable code, and contributing to technical solutions that help customers capture and act on user feedback.
Salary range: 150K - 200K
Responsibilites:
Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product and design, debugging and troubleshooting customer issues, implementing APIs, and improving performance and reliability of existing systems.
You will also help translate customer needs into technical requirements and contribute to documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
