Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Software Engineer role based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for partial work from home.
The Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain backend services that power the hands-free hiring platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing peer code, and optimizing services and APIs that support recruiters and job seekers.
