Founded by the team behind StackAI (YC W23), Karumi creates AI agents that join video calls and navigate products in real-time to deliver instant "aha moments" for SaaS prospects, eliminating waiting times and boosting sales conversion. Job Description As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Karumi, you will own the end-to-end rollout of AI agents within real customer environments. You will troubleshoot technical integrations, adapt agent workflows to unique product UIs, and bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering to ensure every demo delivers high-quality, personalized value for modern SaaS companies. What You Will Do Lead technical implementations and configurations of Karumi’s AI agents across diverse customer workflows and complex software interfaces.Perform deep-dive QA and debugging to maintain high reliability and solve complex technical edge cases in live production environments.Develop lightweight automation and scripting tools to streamline internal implementation processes and accelerate the onboarding of new customers. The ideal candidate Has 1-3 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical QA with a strong engineering and debugging mindset.Demonstrates technical proficiency in scripting or coding and a natural curiosity for how modern agentic AI systems are operated.Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical challenges into actionable product improvements for the core engineering team.
