Job Description As a Staff Frontend Engineer at DOSS, you will architect and own the UI infrastructure for our category-defining Operations Cloud. You will build flexible, high-scale component systems that power a modular, no-code architecture. What You Will Do Architect and develop the core frontend for a collaborative cloud platform using TypeScript, React, NextJS, and Tailwind.Own the technical roadmap for customer-facing experiences, ensuring the platform scales effectively within a composable software architecture.Translate sophisticated Figma UI/UX designs into high-performance, pixel-perfect implementations that provide a delightful, consumer-grade experience for enterprise users. The ideal candidate Possesses deep expertise in the modern frontend stack, including TypeScript, React, NextJS, Tailwind, and GraphQL, with extensive experience building complex web applications.Has a proven track record of navigating 0 to 1 ambiguous startup environments, demonstrating high craftsmanship and a product-focused mindset.Brings a pragmatic, low-ego approach to engineering, prioritizing customer experience and high-quality software over theoretical perfection or individual recognition.
