Linux Application Support Engineer L3 Production Support | Mission-Critical Enterprise Platform Hybrid $120-130K+ base salary Some support jobs close tickets. We're looking for an experienced Linux engineer who enjoys digging into complex production issues, identifying root causes, and restoring critical systems. You'll become the technical escalation point for enterprise customers, working alongside engineering to troubleshoot a sophisticated, mission-critical communications platform used in demanding production environments. If you're someone who likes investigating logs, tracing issues through Linux, networking, databases, and applications until you find the answer, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot complex L3 production issues on Linux-based enterprise applications.Investigate application, Linux, networking, and configuration issues to determine root cause.Analyze logs, traces, and production data to resolve customer incidents.Partner with software engineers on product defects, fixes, and enhancements.Execute deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.Support highly available production environments where uptime matters.Work directly with enterprise customers during technical escalations.What We're Looking For Strong Linux administration and command-line troubleshooting experience.Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.L3 application or production support experience.Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.Experience working with logs, monitoring tools, SQL, APIs, or scripting.Comfortable working with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.Nice to Have Bash or Python scriptingSQLNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)SIP, VoIP, or real-time communications experienceWhy This Role?
