Where You Make An Impact:
Drive the setup, configuration, and continuous development of the Sibo STEP PIM system, ensuring smooth integration and strong overall system performance.Manage and optimize the PIM system’s performance, scalability, reliability, and data governance to maintain accurate and compliant product data.Design and maintain data flows between PIM and integrated platforms (ERP, eCommerce, DAM, CRM) using APIs and pipelines for seamless interoperability.Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.Develop automation workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to translate business needs into effective technical solutions

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable IT field, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.Hands‑on experience with STEP (Workbench ,UI, Import/Export Managers) and STEP integration endpoints.Proficiency in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP‑SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT, plus familiarity with HTTP, REST, and JSON.Solid understanding of common STEP integration techniques and patterns, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.Agile mindset with practical framework experience, high quality standards, responsibility, and fluency in business English
