Position Summary The Senior Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade software solutions that support Ogletree Deakins’ legal, operational, and client service objectives. This role carries accountability for application quality, performance, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability. This position partners closely with our Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate business and legal requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable technical solutions. Essential Functions Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and BlazorDevelop, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuningDesign and implement secure REST APIs with appropriate authentication, authorization, and data protection controlsCollaborate with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical designsApply Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices across development initiativesProvide production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediationLeverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, and consistencyUse version control and DevOps tooling including Git, TFS, and Azure DevOpsBuild, deploy, and support applications in Microsoft Azure environmentsEnsure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards are metMaintain accurate technical documentation and operational artifacts Requirements Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions with accountability for outcomesStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong stakeholder partnership and collaboration skillsHigh standards for software quality, security, and performanceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Product & Delivery Expertise End-to-end software development lifecycle ownershipSecure API design and integrationAdvanced SQL Server optimization and database designCloud-based development using Microsoft AzureExperience using AI as a development and productivity toolFamiliarity with Salesforce.com APIs preferred Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
