Mobile Fullstack Team Leader location: Gdańsk, Warszawa, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Katowice, Białystok, Rzeszów, Kraków, Lublin Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Mobile Fullstack Team Leader who combines strong technical skills with experience leading interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of software development experience and practice building scalable real-time FinTech systems. Experience leading end-to-end solutions - from architectural decisions, through development and integration, to production deployment will be important. Leading an interdisciplinary team including Backend, Mobile, QA and ProductEnd-to-end responsibility for developing key areas of financial productsTechnical planning, defining the roadmap and coordinating executionMaking and reviewing architectural decisionsMentoring developers and developing engineering standards and best practicesDesigning and developing real-time financial systemsBuilding scalable and fault-tolerant platforms handling high transaction volumesEnsuring security, performance and compliance of developed solutions with regulatory requirementsIntroducing modern architectural patterns and development practicesUsing Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools in the team's daily workResponsibility for the full lifecycle of the solution - from concept to production environment We Expect You Have Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in software developmentExperience in the role of Team Leader, Tech Leader, or a similar technical-leadership roleExperience leading teams covering backend, mobile, QA, and collaboration with ProductVery good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring FrameworkExperience designing the architecture of backend and client applicationsVery good knowledge of Clean Architecture principlesPractical experience building iOS applications - Swift / SwiftUIPractical experience building Android applications - Kotlin / Jetpack ComposeExperience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)Experience designing scalable and secure mobile applicationsKnowledge of the AWS environmentExperience with Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of CI/CD processes and production deployment practicesExperience with systems handling transactions and real-time data processingKnowledge of issues related to security, privacy, and data integrityAbility to translate complex financial and regulatory processes into product solutionsExperience with Generative AI and tools that enhance developer productivityExperience or familiarity with the Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approachExperience integrating AI into the software development process or product featuresKnowledge of AI-on-Edge optimization issues in mobile environments 1
