Full Stack Engineer

Designation: Full Stack Engineer Preferred Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and enhance scalable FinTech and SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, React.js, and SQL Server, along with hands-on experience in microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices. The role will involve contributing to architecture discussions, technical design decisions, application performance improvements, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, React.js, and SQL Server.Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, and API-driven architectures.Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and engineering decisions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and technical discussions.Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product features.Implement secure coding practices and ensure applications meet the security and reliability requirements of FinTech environments.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and implement effective solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.Conduct peer code reviews and promote coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.Continuously identify opportunities to improve application architecture, development processes, and engineering productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in software development.Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+.Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, including database development and performance tuning.Hands-on experience developing applications using React.js.Strong experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.Good understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.Understanding of scalable and maintainable application architecture.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
