Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive – Technology Events Location: Remote (UK-based), occasional team meet-ups Package: £35-£40k + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £110k–£115k+) Type: Full-time, Permanent The role We need a hunter. Technology Leaders Club runs executive summits, private dinners, and bespoke experiences for a community of 16,000+ senior IT, security, and data leaders. You'll be closing significant multi-event partnerships, from focused single-summit sponsorships through to enterprise-wide, six-figure annual commitments. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. For your first 6 months, this role is almost exclusively new business. You'll be building your own portfolio from scratch through self-generated pipeline and outbound prospecting. We'll give you a target account list and access to a genuine buyer audience, but the deals are yours to find. As your portfolio grows, rebookings and account expansion become a bigger share of your pipeline, so the hardest prospecting is front-loaded into year one. This is a sales role first. No ticket sales, no event logistics.
