Job Type Full-time Description About the Role Role Spatial Front Inc. is seeking a fully remote, hands-on Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong front-end expertise in Angular and/or React and backend development experience building Node.js REST APIs. As a key member of the team, the engineer will lead or contribute to the architecture and design of software solutions while collaborating closely with customers, stakeholders, and development teams. The role supports a wide range of software development activities, including: Requirements analysis and technical solutioning, System and application architecture design, Detailed software design and development, Implementation, testing, and debugging, Integration and ongoing system support for new and existing applications The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across the full technology stack. Develop and maintain high-performance Angular, React, and Vue front-end componentsDesign, architect, and maintain web applications, software support, and debuggingDevelop reusable UI components and front-end librariesIntegrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIsWork with Okta or other Similar Authentication servicesWork on AWS services, specifically AWS Lambda and AWS ECSDevelop and deploy serverless backend services with AWS Lambda using NodeJS and/or PythonBe able to lead/work independently on front end Application developmentInterface with senior-level customer management and SMEsResolve complex design, implementation, and/or performance issues.Work with the Information Security Organization to ensure that the developed solutions meet all security requirements.Support all development and delivery activities, from requirements definition and specification to deployment and delivery to production.Consult with project teams and end users to identify new requirements; identify areas for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, or substitute eight years of additional equivalent work experience8+ years of development experience4+ years of recent Angular 17+ and NodeJS experience 3+ years of experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQLExperience with Web applications, REST API development, and deploymentExperienced in Microservice design and developmentStrong experience in scripting using Linux and other CLI toolsStrong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with development teams and customers Desired Skills & Qualifications Experience with Serverless architectureExperience with recent Java & Spring Boot development experienceProficiency with cloud technologies (AWS strongly preferred)Experience in applying Agile/Scrum methodologyNode.jsAngularPythonDatabase migration experience Nice To Have Skills & Qualifications Design, develop, test, and integrate custom Java applications, developing innovative, scalable, and secure enterprise custom applications.
