Your impact
As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high quality software solutions.
You will work across multiple applications and projects, taking ownership of your work, managing priorities independently, and quickly adapting to different technical contexts.
You will support teams in applying best practices, ensuring code quality, contributing to architectural discussions, and driving process automation.
You will also analyze and enhance existing codebases and support other developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage priorities and deliver work across multiple applications and initiatives Analyze, understand, and enhance existing codebases, including unfamiliar solutions Support other developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviewsSupport the Software Engineering Manager and Solution Architect in defining the shared tech stack and development best practicesAdvise development teams on solution design, technical debt assessment, and continuous process improvementEnsure high code quality through code reviews, standards alignment, and CI/CD pipeline improvementsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsSupport solution design activities user stories, effort estimation, API design, and architectural decisionsContribute to replatforming and refactoring of existing systemsWork end‑to‑end on new applications (backend + frontend) within the approved .NET stackSupport sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown for development teamsContribute to DevOps processes, automation of CI/CD, and organization of testing and UATProvide technical guidance, resolve blockers, and mentor other developers
Here's what you'll need
5+ years of experience designing and developing C# / .NET solutions in complex environmentsExperience building applications based on API architectures for multiple clients (web, desktop, mobile, plugins)Practical Experience with Blazor, ASP.NET MVC, RazorProven experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD)Solid expertise in SQL, data modeling, optimization, and query tuningExperience with code quality assurance, advanced debugging, and performance profilingStrong knowledge of Git and modern branching strategiesFamiliarity with Clean Architecture principles, separation of layers, and design patterns (CQRS, Mediator, Repository)Experience working in Agile teams and strong communication skills
