We are looking for a Senior Salesforce / Full Stack Developer to support the client’s mission-critical enterprise applications and participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of a next-generation child welfare information system.
The selected developer will work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements verification, solution design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, production support, system integration, and technical documentation.
This position requires a senior, hands-on developer capable of independently driving work from requirements through implementation while collaborating with technical teams and a System Integrator.

Required Qualifications10+ years of professional IT/software development experience.Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Strong hands-on Salesforce Apex development experience.Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming principles in Apex.Strong knowledge and practical application of software design patterns.Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Pages.Experience developing and maintaining Visualforce Pages.Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.Strong experience with SOQL.Strong understanding of CRUD operations and Salesforce data access.Hands-on experience with .NET object-oriented development.Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).Strong SQL development and database experience.End-to-end web application development experience.Experience participating in all phases of the SDLC.Experience analyzing requirements and designing application integrations.Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.Strong analytical, abstract-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to independently take ownership of requirements and drive them through implementation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to less experienced developers.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, configuration, and related Salesforce technologies.Apply object-oriented programming concepts and established design patterns when building Salesforce solutions.Support existing custom Salesforce applications.Participate in development and implementation activities associated with a next-generation enterprise system.Collaborate with the System Integrator to facilitate knowledge transfer and prepare the internal team for long-term application maintenance.Review and validate technical and functional requirements.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Develop and support application integrations.Participate in requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support activities.Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.Develop SQL queries and support data-related development activities.Develop and maintain .NET components using object-oriented and SOA-based approaches where required.Produce and maintain application architecture, development, integration, and support documentation.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the development team.Communicate effectively with developers, project leadership, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.Maintain a proactive, organized, self-directed approach to assigned work.
