As our new IT Engineer Collaboration & Productivity Platforms, you will be at the heart of shaping how over 10,000 employees across the globe work every day. This role exists to engineer, secure, and continuously evolve our Microsoft 365 ecosystem — including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online — at true enterprise scale. You will drive automation, strengthen platform governance, and support our Digital Workplace transformation, working alongside Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and IAM teams to deliver integrated, production-ready solutions. What you will be doing Microsoft 365 Platform Engineering Engineer, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online — covering tenant configuration, access controls, and platform policiesBuild and manage workspace provisioning, lifecycle management, and governance solutionsEngineer and maintain M365 backup, recovery, archiving, and data lifecycle solutionsMaintain platform monitoring, reporting, and operational health; manage selected enterprise productivity applications such as Adobe and Miro Security & Compliance Implement Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and information protection controlsSupport Zero Trust, data protection, and regulatory compliance initiativesCollaborate with Cyber Security and IAM teams to continuously strengthen the platform security posture Automation & Integration Develop automation and self-service solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and relevant M365 APIsEngineer integrations between Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systemsAutomate provisioning, lifecycle, and administrative processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency Governance & Standards Define and maintain platform engineering standards, governance models, and technical documentationDrive standardization across collaboration and productivity platforms and Business UnitsSupport application lifecycle, licensing, and cost optimization in collaboration with Software Asset Management L3 Technical Expertise Act as the highest level of technical escalation for complex Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform issuesPerform root cause analysis and engineer permanent solutions for recurring problemsSupport major incidents, problem management, and change implementation; provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to operational support teams Projects & Continuous Improvement Deliver Microsoft 365 modernization and Digital Workplace engineering projectsEvaluate new platform capabilities, technologies, and licensing opportunitiesParticipate in global technology deployments and business transformation initiatives You will report to the Collaboration & Productivity Platforms Manager.
