We are seeking a highly technical and experienced individual to fill the role of Software Engineer within our Industrial System Analytics (ISA) team.
As a Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, driving the design and implementation of cloud analytic solutions using GCP tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications.Contribute to both front-end user interfaces and back-end services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Design and implement database schemas and manage data interactions efficiently using SQL.Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform for cloud resources on GCP.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, Tekton to automate software delivery processes.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our software products.

Experience Required
4+ years of experience in IT; 3+ years in developmentExpertise in at least one modern front-end framework: Angular or React.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSSExperience with Python web frameworks such as Flask and Fast API.Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and designing relational databases.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient database schemas.Solid understanding and practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including GCS (Google Cloud Storage), Cloud Run, and APIGEE.Proficient with GitHub for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
