About the Role We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the core platform's user interface, including the dashboard and various tools that are integral to daily operations. Your focus will be on developing reusable React components for key features such as escrow search, filtering, delinquency tracking, portfolio navigation, bulk upload interfaces, and payment workflows. Collaborating closely with backend developers and product owners, you will translate Figma designs into polished, user-friendly interfaces that facilitate complex financial processes. Your work will directly impact the usability and efficiency of our platform, ensuring that our clients experience seamless interactions with our software. Continuous UI/UX refinement will be essential to make intricate financial workflows intuitive and accessible for users across different roles. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable React components for various platform features.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces based on Figma prototypes.Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions across devices.Implement responsive design principles to support accessibility and usability on all screen sizes.Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.Write and maintain unit tests to validate functionality and prevent regressions.Contribute to continuous improvement of UI/UX by gathering user feedback and iterating on designs.Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows.Assist in deploying and configuring applications on cloud platforms, ensuring security and compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in React.js with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern JavaScript practices.Experience in building responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end interfaces.Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices in front-end development.Experience writing unit tests and ensuring code quality before deployment.Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with backend developers and product managers.Familiarity with translating UI/UX designs from Figma into production-ready code.Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance development speed without compromising quality.Understanding of AWS S3 bucket configuration and usage.Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).Knowledge of CDN concepts and deploying Single Page Applications (SPAs).Exposure to fintech, lending, or financial services platforms is preferred.Availability to work during 15:00-24:00, 5/2, UTC+5 timezone.
