In this position, you will design, build, test, and operate reliable data, analytics, AI, or software systems. The work supports IT services, customer support, software delivery, technical projects, systems, data, and digital operations. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Indiana. Responsibilities Design and implement production-quality technical components, services, pipelines, models, or platform capabilities.Translate requirements into technical designs, interfaces, tests, monitoring, and deployment plans.Write, review, test, and maintain code or configuration using established engineering practices.Investigate defects, reliability issues, performance problems, and data or model failures.Document architecture, operational procedures, dependencies, and important technical decisions.Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and business partners to deliver measurable improvements. Requirements Relevant engineering, data, or software experience with hands-on use of the technologies required by the position.Strong programming, debugging, testing, and technical problem-solving skills.Experience with version control, cloud or platform services, data systems, CI/CD, or observability tools as applicable.Ability to reason about reliability, scalability, data quality, security, and maintainability.Clear technical communication and documentation skills.A pre-employment background check is required.
