Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with a strong background in Foreign Exchange (FX) Trading and Investment Banking to join a strategic transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, trading teams, engineering teams, data scientists, and product leadership to define, deliver, and enhance business-critical trading and data-driven solutions.This role requires a blend of business analysis, product ownership, stakeholder management, and agile delivery expertise, along with a deep understanding of FX products, trading workflows, and front-to-back investment banking processes.Candidates with experience in AI-driven products, automation initiatives, and data analytics will have a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.Drive end-to-end product delivery from concept and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and data science teams.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, risks, dependencies, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions.Analyze system behavior, business processes, production issues, and data to identify improvement opportunities.Investigate application logs, perform data analysis, and work with technical teams during troubleshooting and incident resolution.Support strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.Prepare business documentation, process maps, functional specifications, and product roadmaps.Communicate project progress, risks, and delivery milestones to senior stakeholders. Required Experience & Qualifications Product Management & Business AnalysisMinimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.Demonstrated experience delivering products throughout the full product lifecycle.Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing business priorities.Experience working directly with software engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.FX & Investment Banking Domain ExpertiseSeveral years of hands-on experience within the Foreign Exchange (FX) domain.Strong understanding of FX trading products, workflows, pricing, and trade lifecycle.Experience supporting FX trading platforms, electronic trading applications, or related investment banking systems.Knowledge of investment banking processes and trading operations.Experience working with Front Office users, traders, sales teams, operations teams, and technology stakeholders.
