Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Kotlin and Spring Boot.Design and implement reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.Analyse and design application and data architecture solutions.Develop applications supporting business-critical and strategic delivery processes.Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code.Enforce coding standards and software quality practices.Develop and maintain development best practices.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Manage application deployments and releases.Take end-to-end ownership of the team's code and applications.Monitor application availability, reliability, and performance.Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including:Daily stand-upsBacklog refinementSprint planningSprint retrospectivesWork collaboratively with other developers, engineers, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders.Participate in 24/7 standby/on-call support when required.
