THE OPPORTUNITY Iron Bow Technologies is hiring a Senior Cisco SD-WAN Network Engineer to provide subject matter expertise, leadership, and insight on advanced networking to our Government client. Emphasis on design, testing, deploying, migrating and managing advanced infrastructure solutions partner technologies and service delivery. The position will directly support Ramstein AB, Germany. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Drive and build networking solutions and capabilities with our customers.Work closely with customers to consultatively build technology requirements around mission and business objectives.Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize large-scale SD-WAN fabrics using Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN to custom fit and migrate the existing customer’s production network for IPv4/IPv6.Manage solution deployment adhering to modern industry best practices while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partner community and customer base.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT DRIVE SUCCESS BS and 10+ years of hands-on experience with network design and implementationCCNP and IAT II certificationSecret clearanceExperience with large-scale SD-WAN deployments leveraging Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN with migration expertise.DoD Experience incorporating WAN routing (Air Force experience a value add).Hardening Cisco devices for security compliance objectives.Experience with networking and cloud automation solutions such as Ansible, Terraform, Python a bonusExcellent oral presentation skills and ability to present in front of small to large audiencesAbility to effectively multi-task and prioritize various project deliverables, committed in meeting target deadlinesStrong attention to detailSecurity+ CE or equivalent IAT II certification requiredSecret security clearance requiredWHAT SETS YOU APART CCNPCISSP or equivalent IAT III certificationTop Secret clearanceVendor and product certificationsCurrent SOFA/TESA status in GermanyTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Up to 25% travel requiredWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!
