We manage WordPress websites, marketing automation, and digital infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of clients. We're looking for a seasoned digital operator who can wear many hats — and wear them well. Role Overview This is not a single-lane role. You'll be the person our team and clients rely on when something needs to get built, fixed, automated, or launched online. One day you're building a WordPress site from a Figma file. The next you're configuring Cloudflare DNS, setting up a GoHighLevel automation, troubleshooting a VPS, writing a Klaviyo email campaign, or vibe-coding a custom landing page. You've been working on the web for 10+ years and you're comfortable with that kind of variety — in fact, you prefer it. What You'll Do WordPress & Web Development Build WordPress websites from designer mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD) using Elementor ProOwn mobile responsiveness and page speed on every build and updateCustomize and manage multiple themes across different client sitesManage staging and production environments cleanly and safelyConfigure Rank Math SEO — focus keywords, meta descriptions, schema, sitemapsTroubleshoot plugin conflicts, PHP errors, downtime, and other WordPress issues fast and independentlyHosting, Servers & Infrastructure Navigate Hostinger, cPanel, and VPS server environments — file management, PHP version management, email accounts, and server-level configurationUse FTP/SFTP for file transfers and direct site-level accessManage domain registration and transfers via GoDaddy and other registrarsConfigure and manage DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM) across registrars and hosting providersSet up and manage Cloudflare — DNS routing, SSL/TLS configuration, caching rules, security settings, page rules, and DDoS protectionHandle SSL certificate installation and renewal across hosting environmentsTroubleshoot domain propagation, email deliverability, and DNS-related issuesCRM & Marketing Automation Build and manage automations in GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and similar platformsCreate and deploy email campaigns — from copy to setup to sendConfigure pipelines, workflows, triggers, and integrations across CRM platformsTroubleshoot automation failures and cross-platform integration issuesVibe Coding & No-Code / Low-Code Build and deploy pages, funnels, and experiences using AI-assisted and vibe-coding approachesComfortable using modern AI coding tools to build fast without always needing hand-coded solutionsAdapt quickly to new platforms and tools as the landscape evolvesGeneral Digital Operations Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without dropping the ballCollaborate with designers, account managers, and content teamsOwn problems end-to-end — identify the issue, find the solution, implement it, verify it worksWhat We're Looking For Required: 10+ years of hands-on experience working on the web — this is non-negotiableExpert-level WordPress (frontend + backend): PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQueryElementor Pro proficiency — our primary page builderCloudflare — DNS management, SSL/TLS, caching, page rules, security settingsGoDaddy and other domain registrar experience — domain registration, transfers, DNS configurationDeep understanding of DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM) and how to troubleshoot propagation issuesHosting environments — Hostinger, cPanel, VPS server managementFTP/SFTP proficiency for file-level access and managementCRM platform experience — working knowledge of at least 2-3 of: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or comparable platformsAbility to build and manage email campaigns end-to-endAbility to create CRM automations — workflows, triggers, pipelines, integrationsVibe coding familiarity — comfortable using AI-assisted tools to build and deploy quicklyMobile responsiveness mastery — every deliverable works perfectly on all devicesPage speed optimization — Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimizationMulti-theme experience — comfortable navigating and customizing various WordPress themesStaging environment management and clean staging-to-production deploymentsAbility to manage multiple client projects simultaneously across many industries Preferred: GoHighLevel sub-account management and funnel buildingSEO knowledge beyond Rank Math — keyword strategy, technical SEO, internal linkingBasic SSH / command line comfort for server-level tasksWooCommerce experienceGit / version control familiarityExperience working inside a digital marketing agency You'll Thrive Here If You… Have seen it all on the web — nothing surprises you after 10+ yearsCan context-switch between a WordPress build, a Cloudflare DNS issue, and a GHL automation in the same afternoonOwn problems from start to finish — you don't pass the buck when something breaksKnow how to use AI tools to work faster without sacrificing qualityKeep 10+ client projects organized and moving without things falling through the cracksCommunicate clearly with non-technical teammates about what's happening and why it matters $29.69 - $32.81 per hour
