About the Role We are hiring Quality Assurance Engineers to play an integral role within our technology teams to ensure our AI products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for ensuring excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, and the ability to mentor and lead team members. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure they are reflected in test plansPerform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testingIdentify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and re-testingMentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvementDrive improvements in the QA process, including the adoption of new tools and methodologiesParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspectiveWork closely with DevOps and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the CI/CD pipelineAnalyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead roleProficiency in both manual and automated testing techniquesStrong experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
