Description

We are looking for an engineer who will take on operational tasks with regard to obtaining international product type approvals. Position is located in Phoenix Contact Poznan Office (Nowy Rynek complex) Your responsibilities: Obtaining international type approvals for electrical products in industrial applicationsPreparation of submission documents for obtaining relevant type approvalsAnalysis of approval requirements based on the technical interpretation of the relevant standard and argumentation to the approval bodyCoordination of activities of external approval bodies, laboratories and the R&D departmentSupport of approval related production auditsMonitoring and optimization of approval costs and feesMaintenance of product- and approval relevant data in IT systemsEvaluation of technical product changes with regard to their approval relevance Requirements: Good written and spoken English (at least B2 level), good communication skillsBachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering, Automation technology or a comparable field of study)At least 3 years of professional experience in type approval management with focus on electrical safetyOpenness to dive into new topicsWillingness to travel to company HQ in Germany occasionally Nice to have: German language skillsDevelopment experience in the field of electrical engineering
