Typical Role Overview Location: Manchester, Leeds, Bristol or nationwide UKType: Contract Full-timeDay Rate: £600–800 per day (or £250–280 per day depending on contract terms)Domain: Frontend Development Web Applications What You Would Do Typical responsibilities could include: Building and maintaining responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScriptCollaborating with backend developers to integrate APIs and microservicesWriting clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviewsContributing to the development of frontend solutions that align with user needs and business objectivesWorking within CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deploymentSupporting cross-functional teams to deliver quality frontend solutions on schedule What You Could Bring Most roles of this type require the following: Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (including JSE certification or equivalent experience)Working knowledge of web APIs, microservices integration and RESTful principlesExperience with version control, CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development workflowsFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplineStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team Nice-to-have skills include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerisation technologies; knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards; experience with TypeScript; or certifications such as the Meta Front-End Developer Certificate or Google Mobile Web Specialist qualification.
