Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mendix Certified Developer role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Mendix Developer will design, build, and maintain low-code applications using the Mendix platform, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling data and logic, configuring user interfaces, integrating Mendix apps with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, and ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
The role involves participating in agile ceremonies, preparing technical documentation, conducting unit and integration testing, and supporting deployments to production environments.
The developer will also troubleshoot issues, optimize existing Mendix applications, and contribute to best practices and standards for low-code development within Inspire Technology.
Qualifications
Certified Mendix Developer with strong skills in Mendix app modeling, microflows, and UI development.Experience integrating Mendix applications with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and third-party APIs.Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including data modeling, REST services, and version control.Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and maintenance.Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, working closely with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with attention to performance, security, and reliability.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in agile, outcome-focused environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in sectors such as retail, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, education, or eCommerce is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Doha and engage directly with local and regional clients.
