Senior Frontend Software Engineer

What will you do Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic systems — LLM orchestration, tool use, retrieval pipelines, and memory — integrated with the systems enterprises actually run: banking APIs, ERPs, CRMs, email, telephony.Own integrations end to end, from authentication architecture through deployment to operating them in production. When a third-party API fails for undocumented reasons, you are the person who finds out why.Evaluate foundation models, agent architectures, and tooling, and make pragmatic technology decisions based on capability, reliability, latency, cost, and client impact — with a working prototype as your argument, not a slide.Define success metrics and build the evaluation and observability needed to know whether an agent is production-ready — and to prove it to enterprise clients who will ask.Translate ambiguous client requirements into deployed systems: you will hear the problem close to first-hand, decide the approach, and own the result.Operate and continuously improve what you ship — quality, reliability, latency, cost. What we expect Strong software engineering fundamentals; Python is our primary language, and you ship production codeHands-on experience building with LLMs — agent frameworks, RAG, function calling, evaluation design — on systems used by someone other than youGeneralist range: unfamiliar APIs, data plumbing, authentication flows, codebases you did not writeFluent use of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as a standard part of how you work A bonus, not a hidden requirement: Classical ML background (training, fine-tuning, model evaluation)Vector databases or LangChain-family toolingIntegration experience in banking, logistics, or similar regulated domains Location Hybrid, based in Ljubljana.
