Our Senior Integrations Engineer is a high-impact technical role where you’ll architect, build, and deploy scalable integrations connecting HubSpot to leading CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, and custom APIs.

Your Impact and Core Objectives:
Design and build custom integrations between HubSpot and external systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and QuickBooksGather technical requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.Develop APIs, webhooks, and middleware using .NET, Node.js, and/or JavaScriptDeploy and manage cloud-based integration solutions in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft AzureCreate workflows using native HubSpot features or automation platforms like Zapier or MakeCreate data mapping and synchronization strategiesTroubleshoot integration issues and optimize performanceImplement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflowsCollaborate with clients and various internal teams to deliver the right technical solutionMaintain technical documentation, team standards and best practicesMentor junior developers
The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:
8+ years of software engineering experience4+ years of experience building API-driven integrationsStrong expertise in Node.js and JavaScriptExperience with AWS and Azure cloud environments and fluency with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions)Proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooksCompetence with SQL and NoSQL databasesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsExperience with version control and deployments using Git and CI/CDAuthorization to work in the U.S.
