About The Role We are seeking a Software-Entwickler (m/w/d) to join our Z4 "Information Technology / EDV" department at our location in Bad Kissingen. This role is offered on a part-time basis (50%) and is ideal for professionals eager to contribute to the modernization of health administration processes. The successful candidate will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software solutions that support various Fachbereiche within the LGL and related health institutions such as health offices and clinics. The position emphasizes the enhancement of technical processes, automation, and interface development to facilitate seamless data exchange with external agencies. Working within a professional environment, you will utilize the latest technologies and tools to deliver impactful digital solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health services in Bavaria. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker/-in (m/w/d) for application development or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience. Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and PHP are essential, complemented by proficiency with development environments such as Visual Studio and Eclipse, as well as version control systems like GIT. Knowledge of frameworks and concepts such as Infragistics and NHibernate is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent database expertise, particularly with Oracle and SQL, and have good command of MS Office applications. A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor are required. Additionally, candidates must have a meticulous work ethic, a high sense of responsibility, and fluency in German (minimum C1 level according to GER).
