About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular Frontend Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating modern, user-centric web applications that are integral to our in-house ERP system used across the energy industry. Your expertise will help us design and implement scalable, high-performance user interfaces that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the digital transformation within the energy sector. The role is based in Chemnitz and is available for immediate start, with full-time employment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification. You should have several years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically with Angular and NgRx. Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, along with a solid understanding of REST APIs. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is required to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces. You should be able to think conceptually, challenge existing solutions, and make well-informed architectural decisions. Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins) are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both German (C1) and English (C1) are necessary to collaborate effectively within our international team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular for our in-house ERP system tailored for the energy industry.Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, performant, and easy to maintain, actively contributing ideas to product development processes.Collaborate with backend developers to create clean, efficient interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend systems via REST APIs.Maintain high code quality through automated testing with Playwright and regular code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Participate actively in our CI/CD processes, managing application deployment via Apache Webserver and Jenkins.Leverage modern AI tools like Junie to support daily development tasks, critically evaluating their output to ensure responsible and effective use.Engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote best practices and collective growth.
