Job Summary We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop and sustain secure embedded processing applications at the hardware/software interface. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining C++ code for secure applications, working with hardware communication protocols such as PCIe, SPI, and I2C, and creating embedded Linux images including kernel configuration and system bring-up. Additional duties involve supporting integration, debugging in lab environments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and performance standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in STEM with 2 years of experience or a Master’s degree with no experience, proficiency in C++, knowledge of communication protocols, experience with embedded Linux, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. This full-time onsite role requires working in a classified environment and a strong passion for hardware-focused, mission-critical systems.
