Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week) Compensation: $225,000 – $275,000 + equity Visa Sponsorship: Open to visa transfers (e.g. OPT, H-1B transfers), including O-1 Experience Level: 3–5 years Employment Type: Full-Time About The Company Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed AI startup building infrastructure for large-scale agent orchestration. Founded in 2024, the team is small (:10 people) and moving fast in one of the most competitive areas of AI. Engineers here operate as hands-on individual contributors with outsized ownership over the product. About The Role This is a hands-on IC role building and scaling the distributed systems that power large-scale agent orchestration. You'll own meaningful infrastructure end to end, working directly on the hard distributed-systems problems that sit at the core of the product. This is a builder seat, not a management track.
