Senior DevOps Engineer

Specifics About The Role: We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure that runs FrameOS. You will build and maintain the systems that keep Frame fast, reliable, and secure, working closely with engineering to raise the bar on deployment, observability, and incident response. What You'll Do: Own cloud infrastructure across AWS, including provisioning, scaling, and cost managementBuild CI/CD pipelines that make deployment fast, predictable, and safeOwn the observability stack including logging, tracing, alerting, and the on-call workflows that respond to itManage Frame's security posture including access controls, secrets management, network segmentation, and audit trailsRun database infrastructure including PostgreSQL, Redis, and the replication and failover strategies behind themOperate Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration at scale What We Require: 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experienceStrong AWS experience, including VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS, and related servicesProficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CDKExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at production scaleA security-first mindset. You think about access, secrets, and attack surface before someone else asksLow tolerance for fragile systems. You fix the root cause, not the symptom You'll Be Successful If: You have experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated infrastructure environmentYou have PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or similar compliance framework experienceYou have strong scripting in Python, Go, or BashYou have experience supporting engineering teams building high-reliability, low-latency financial systemsYou are someone who treats reliability as a feature, not a backstopYou build infrastructure that other engineers can rely on without thinking about it, and fix root causes rather than patching symptomsYou move quickly when systems are on fire and methodically when they aren't We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
