Mid-level Web Developer (Headless / SvelteKit)

Role Description US-based; Full-time or strong contract-to-hire. Remote. $70-90k. We’re a mid-sized agency expanding our dev team. The work is varied—and sometimes chaotic. We’re looking for someone who’s already effective remote: self-directed, communicative, and able to push work forward without constant oversight. You’ll build client sites with Svelte 5 / SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storybook, and API backends (Craft & Sanity)—shipping real features from Figma → Storybook → staging. Accessibility, testing, and ongoing performance/quality aren’t extras; they’re part of how we work. Plus: strong design sense and comfort doing straight builds in Framer and/or Webflow (self-serve)—visual polish, interactions, and shipping without over-engineering.
