Senior DevOps Engineer | AI/Healthcare | $180K-$240K Jersey City, NJ | Hybrid | Full-Time We're working with a fast-growing technology company in the AI and healthcare space that's looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to its growing engineering team. This is a highly hands-on role with ownership across cloud infrastructure, deployment, observability, security, and scalability. You'll help build and evolve the infrastructure supporting production applications, data pipelines, and machine learning systems as the platform continues to scale. You'll work closely with software, data, and ML engineers to improve reliability, accelerate deployments, strengthen infrastructure security, and ensure the platform can support significant continued growth. What You'll Do Own and evolve production AWS cloud architectureDesign and manage network architecture, account topology, and cloud infrastructureBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Manage containerized production environments and orchestrationBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines across the engineering organizationImprove deployment speed, reliability, and rollback capabilitiesImplement comprehensive observability across production systems, including metrics, logs, traces, and alertingOwn infrastructure security across IAM, secrets management, encryption, network boundaries, and audit loggingBuild infrastructure supporting high-volume, continuously generated dataIdentify and resolve reliability and scalability bottlenecksMonitor and optimize cloud infrastructure and data-related costsPartner with engineering and business stakeholders on infrastructure priorities and investmentsHelp establish infrastructure standards and best practices across the engineering organizationWhat You Need 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform, or Systems EngineeringStrong experience owning production cloud architecture in AWSHands-on experience with Infrastructure as CodeStrong experience with containers and production orchestrationExperience scaling a production system through significant growthStrong experience implementing metrics, logging, tracing, monitoring, and alertingExperience designing highly available and reliable production systemsStrong understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, encryption, and secrets managementTrack record of driving infrastructure improvements and engineering best practicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical fieldAbility to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ at least 3 days per weekNice to Have Experience working in healthcare or another regulated environmentExperience with HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworksExperience supporting high-volume data, telemetry, or IoT infrastructureExperience supporting AI/ML systems and data platformsStartup or high-growth technology company experienceCompensation & Benefits $180,000-$240,000 base salary + equity 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchGenerous PTOCommuter stipendBenefits Email Your Resume In Word To Taylor.McAlister@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
