The Observability Platform provides cross-domain observability tools and data, helping application and platform teams understand what has happened, what is happening, and what may happen across their IT products.
Within this context, SLING enables engineers to monitor key reliability metrics such as uptime, success rate, and latency using Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
You will collaborate with engineers, SRE teams, and platform stakeholders to build a new feature that enriches availability reports with correlated incidents and changes, making root cause analysis clearer and reporting more transparent.
