Job DescriptionAs a Turnstile Operator you will be responsible for customer admission into the stadium. Reporting to the Safety and Compliance Manager you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Team, who will assist in the successful running of the Stadium's race events by providing a friendly and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction whilst entering the Stadium. Salary is £13.00 per hour. Are you ready to launch a winning career? What you will do Welcome and assist visitors into the Stadium in an appropriate way.Provide an instant, attentive and professional service to all customers.Open and close the turnstiles when required to do so.Understand the ticketing arrangements for each event.Ensure there is sufficient float money available.Report any incidents that could affect the safe running of any event to the Security team or Safety and Compliance officer.Assist the Office Manager with reconciling attendance figures when necessary.To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Office Manager or Security team
