Our goal is simple: build products that make investing, trading, yield, and on-chain experiences easier to use. About The Role We’re looking for an AI-native developer, an engineer who has genuinely changed the way they build software using coding agents and modern AI tools. We want someone who can use AI to ship meaningful production work while still owning the engineering decisions. AI can write the code. You still own the engineering. You should be comfortable: Breaking complex problems into clear tasks and context for AI agentsUsing coding agents for larger pieces of work, not just isolated snippetsSteering agents when they make incorrect assumptions or go off trackReviewing, challenging, debugging, and testing AI-generated codeMaking architecture and product decisions independentlyKnowing when AI is useful and when it’s faster or safer to write the code yourselfMoving quickly without compromising security, reliability, or maintainability What You'll Work On Depending on the project, you may work across IMPOSSIBLE, Rarible, Impossibuild, or other products in the group. You may: Ship AI-powered product featuresBuild internal agents and automation toolsIntegrate LLMs into frontend and backend systemsBuild AI workflows for research, risk, trading, and operationsWork with wallets, smart contracts, and on-chain dataBuild products around DeFi, marketplaces, trading, and crypto infrastructureCreate personalized AI-driven user experiencesBuild retrieval systems, RAG pipelines, APIs, and data workflowsExperiment with new models, agents, frameworks, and APIsImprove prompts, context, evaluations, latency, cost, and reliabilityPrototype and ship new AI-native products quickly What We're Looking For Shipping real products matters more to us than matching every item on a checklist. Strong experience with some of the following is helpful: Engineering PythonTypeScript / JavaScriptReact / Next.jsNode.js and backend frameworksAPIs and distributed servicesSQL and modern databasesCloud infrastructureGit, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and production systemsAI LLMs and LLM APIsAI coding agentsClaude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar toolsAgent frameworks and tool callingVector databases and RAGPrompt and context engineeringEvaluation and observabilityMCP and agent workflowsCrypto, blockchain, or DeFi experience is a plus, but not required.
