Infrastructure Engineer

An innovative organisation in the data analytics and software space is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer. You will be responsible for building, operating, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable services that empower partners to make data-driven decisions and solve complex operational challenges. What You'll Be Doing Handling support and operations of software systems, including monitoring, alerting, and configuration management.Deploying new products across multiple production environments and performing migrations to modern infrastructure types.Debugging, improving, and optimizing services and infrastructure with a focus on long-term reliability and scalability.Reducing manual operations by automating workflows, processes, and runbooks wherever possible.Providing technical troubleshooting support for production issues and participating in a support on-call rotation. What We're Looking For Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript.Experience troubleshooting complex systems issues using observability tools and service logs.Familiarity with large-scale production systems, including load balancing, distributed systems, and configuration management.A strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related field.Legally authorized to work in the US and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
