Software Engineer

Position: Software Engineer Experience: 7+ years Primary Technologies: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript Location: Minnetonka, MN, (Onsite) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with the ability to translate business and UI/UX requirements into clean, maintainable frontend applications. The engineer will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to build modern enterprise web applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern web applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Build reusable and maintainable UI components and frontend architecture.Develop responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern CSS frameworks.Work with REST APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.Implement application state management and efficient data handling.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and production support.Work with UI/UX teams to convert designs and wireframes into functional interfaces.Write clean, reusable, and testable code.Perform code reviews and contribute to frontend development standards.Troubleshoot and resolve frontend defects and production issues.Develop unit and integration tests for frontend applications.Work within Agile/Scrum development teams.Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and application integration.Contribute to improving frontend architecture and development practices.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Node.js experienceExperience working with microservices/API-based applicationsCloud exposure such as AWS or AzureDocker/Kubernetes exposureExperience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with modern UI libraries/design systemsAccessibility standards such as WCAGExperience working in large enterprise applications
