Terraform Engineer (GCP) Job Title: Terraform Engineer (GCP)Location: Hartford, CT or Irving, TX (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite)Experience Level: 6-10 years Required Skills & Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or related areasStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Strong experience provisioning and managing resources on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience developing reusable Terraform modulesExperience integrating infrastructure deployment with CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, compute, and storageExperience troubleshooting infrastructure issues and conducting root-cause analysisStrong understanding of cloud security, governance, and enterprise infrastructure standardsAbility to work effectively with platform, DevOps, and application teams Nice-to-Have Skills Broccoli FrameworkEnterprise Data Platform (EDP) experienceCloud security and governanceGCP networking, IAM, storage, and compute Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Terraform Engineer to design, develop, and automate cloud infrastructure for Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, GCP resource provisioning, and infrastructure automation. Technical Core & Responsibilities Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using TerraformAutomate provisioning and configuration of GCP infrastructure supporting Enterprise Data Platform solutionsDevelop reusable and scalable Terraform modules following enterprise standards and best practicesManage GCP resources including networking, IAM, storage, compute, and security componentsCollaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams to automate infrastructure deployment processesIntegrate Terraform deployments with CI/CD pipelinesTroubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root-cause analysisEnsure cloud infrastructure meets security, governance, compliance, and operational standardsOptimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiencyMaintain infrastructure documentation, deployment procedures, and operational guidelinesApply knowledge of the Broccoli design/framework where applicable Mandatory Skills Summary TerraformGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)Infrastructure as Code (IaC)GCP infrastructure provisioning and automationTerraform module developmentCloud infrastructure automationCI/CD integration Note Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite in Hartford, CT or Irving, TXIn-person interview mandatory in either Hartford, CT or Irving, TXCandidates must be comfortable working onsite 2-3 days per weekDay shift, no travel required
