POSITION SUMMARY: As a DevOps Engineer in Aprimo R&D (Research & Development), you will help us to expand our growing R&D DevOps team. Our .NET/C# multi-tenant SaaS software platform is fully hosted in the Microsoft Azure public cloud. AI tooling is a first-class part of how our team operates. We expect engineers to actively use AI assistants for coding, root-cause analysis, documentation, and automation. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: AI-Augmented Operations: You will leverage AI assistants to perform the majority of the duties listed in this section. Comfort and fluency with AI tooling is essential to success in this role.Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure the stability and reliability of the SaaS environment.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale them efficiently.Cloud Management: Manage cloud resources on the Azure platform optimizing cost, security, and performance.Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with development, to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure to support it.Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE: The EssentialsA minimum of 3 years of major cloud service provider operations experience is required (Azure ideally preferred)Experience maintaining, scaling, and operating a consumer multi-tenant SaaS offering, including handling alerts, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes during investigationsProven experience with containers and container orchestrations systems is required, such as: Docker; Kubernetes (AKS) and HelmDemonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools in a DevOps or engineering context. APRIMO BENEFITS WE OFFER: Target Compensation: Monthly base salary target of 110,000 PHP to 138,461 PHP depending on job related knowledge, skills, and level of experience.
