Job Description Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions. Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience. Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities. Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent. Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique market. Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking. Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability. Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
