You'll join as one of the first senior engineers in our Helsinki core team and help shape both the product and how we build it. What you'll work on You'll build and evolve user experiences across Groweo's products using React and TypeScript, working closely with Product, Design and Backend Engineering. Your Work Will Include Building conversational AI interfaces, dashboards that visualize complex data beautifully, and interaction patterns that feel intuitiveCreating scalable frontend architecture, reusable components and design systemsTurning concepts into polished, performant and accessible experiencesOwning features end-to-end, from understanding the user problem to productionImproving frontend performance, testing and development practicesHelping define technical standards for the engineers who join after you You'll work with products handling large amounts of interaction data, real-time AI experiences and multiple product suites as we scale. Who we're looking for We're looking for an experienced frontend engineer who combines strong technical skills with product thinking. You'll Likely Have 5-7+ years of experience building beautiful, interactive frontendsDeep experience with React and TypeScriptStrong understanding of component architecture and modern frontend developmentThe ability to take an ambiguous problem, shape the solution and drive it forwardA strong eye for UX and attention to detail, as well as experience with motion and animationsProfessional proficiency in EnglishWorking with a SaaS product in a scale-up or startup environment isn’t required, but can be considered a plus You need to be based in the Helsinki capital region and have a valid work permit for Finland. We don't currently offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
